Every role includes flexible hours. Interns and residents are supervised in-house, and we partner with Liberty University for internship placements.

Intern

Free supervision

Practicum and internship placements for graduate students working toward licensure.

Resident

50% of income

Post-graduate residency toward LPC or LMFT licensure, with in-house supervision.

Licensed Clinician

70% of income

LPC, LMFT, or LCSW clinicians building a caseload on their own schedule.

Supervisor

80% of income

Virginia Board-approved supervisors guiding residents and interns.
